West End Historic District
While visiting the vibrant city of Dallas, take time to become acquainted with its rich history. The West End Historic District of downtown Dallas has roots dating back to 1872 when the Houston & Texas Central Railroad first rolled into town.
Several attractions are located in this Dallas Landmark District, including Dealey Plaza and the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Memorial. Other attractions include the Sixth Floor Museum, the Old Red Museum, the Perot Museum of Nature & Science, and the Dallas World Aquarium.
