Museum of Nature & Science

The Museum of Nature & Science, located in the 277-acre Fair Park, was established in 2006 when the Science Place, the Dallas Children's Museum and the Dallas Museum of Natural History merged. Visitors in the Nature Building will find an impressive collection of paleontology, herpetology and entomology specimens, among others. The Science Building is home to a massive exhibit hall, with over two hundred hands-on exhibits involving health and health, in addition to an IMAX theater.
